1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the EU. For other destinations, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to look into options.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days within the EU, depending on your location.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original condition. Email us at info@rosettas.co to start a return.
4. Can I visit your store?
Rosetta’s is currently online-only. We hope to welcome you in person one day.
